Buying in a Veseu store
Updated 2026-10-02
If you opened a store on veseu.com (for example name.veseu.com), you are buying from the business that runs that store, not from Veseu.
Who the seller is
The store name, phone, and WhatsApp shown in the store belong to the merchant. Veseu only hosts the storefront and the order flow.
Price, stock, delivery, pickup, exchange, cancellation, and warranty follow the merchant and the law that applies to them. In Israel, a business selling to a consumer is also subject to the Consumer Protection Law.
How to order
You pick items in the cart and tap to send on WhatsApp. A message opens on your device with the items, total, and a reference. You send it to the merchant.
There is no payment on the site. Bit, a transfer, or cash is arranged with the merchant on WhatsApp. Veseu does not confirm payment and does not hold money.
If the message was not sent or not answered, contact the store on the channel shown there.
Privacy in the store
Veseu keeps the order contents (items and total) in the merchant’s log, without your name or phone on our side. The WhatsApp thread is subject to Meta and the merchant.
Full detail is in Veseu’s privacy policy.
Complaints
Start with the merchant — they sold the goods. If the problem is the store infrastructure itself (the page will not open, the order is not created), you can write to the Veseu operator.
